To request a group account for using Schrödinger, a Principal Investigator (PI) should send email to Amanda Nelson that includes their name and SUNet ID. Please also note that Schrödinger software is only on Sherlock 3.0.Īccounts are created for lab groups, not individuals. Please note that Sherlock 3.0 is only for research, not instructional use. High Performance Computing Cluster: The Stanford Research Computing Center has installed Schrödinger software on Sherlock 3.0, a High Performance Computing Linux cluster, which supports sponsored or departmental research. For hardware requirements, please view supported platforms.Access to the software is restricted to on-campus connections to the Stanford network or off-campus via Virtual Private Network (VPN). Request license server address from the Science Library (please include the name of your Principal Investigator in the request).To download software in the Biologics Suite, Small-Molecule Drug Discovery Suite, or Materials Science Suite or to download Knime Workflows, please request an account or login on the Schrödinger website using your Stanford email account.Personal computers: All current students, faculty, and staff at Stanford can install Schrödinger software on their personal computer.
